***Note shuttle services will run from The Gem and Jewelry Show on Grant to others Local Shows. Shuttle Service will be provided by SRGJ Shows in conjunction with MS Coach & Transportation for the following dates; January 25th 2018 – February 7th 2018 starting at 10:00am and conclude at 6pm (3pm on February 7th 2018) These shuttles will be ran on 20-30 minute intervals between the Grand Luxe Hotel and other Gem Shows. Any questions relating to the shuttles specifically can be forwarded to MS Coach & Transport at 520-360-9596***
Rates for Event Center Booths, Show Rooms, and Tents
Event Center Booth Space and Fees

Show Room Fees: $1895 (Requires 50% Deposit) with 3 tables (2- 8’ tables 1- 6’ table)
1. Furniture removal: $150 removal fee, payable directly to the hotel. SRGJ is not responsible for servicing or scheduling of furniture removal. Complete the furniture removal form and fax it directly to the hotel, or contact the hotel management to make arrangements.
2. Parking spaces: If you would like to reserve the parking spaces in front of your suite to use as show space there will be a $500 charge per space. 3 Tables per space will be provided. Tents can be ordered through SRGJ, but the cost of the tent is paid directly to the contracted provider.

Ballroom Booth Fees: $1800 (Requires 50% Deposit) per space SRGJ Shows Provides 2 – 8’ tables and 2 – 6’ tables additional tables will be available at the show for $35 per table
For the 2017 Show, as we discussed, we will be requesting that all vendors participate in a collective advertising and marketing plan to promote and grow the show. these funds will be used to create a new interactive website, postcards for each vendor to distribute to their customers that promote the show and their business, extra banners and signage at the hotel, and a show program that will be circulated at the other Tucson shows. Each exhibitor will be provided with a report detailing advertising and marketing expenses, so that you can see how the money was spent.
